For extended and smooth operation of your hydraulic hammers, particular attention should be paid to the lubrication. Applying the correct amount of recommended grease at regular intervals will avoid early wear of the bush. Lack of lubrication is one of the main causes of problems such as tool breakage and accelerated wear of the bushes.

The Dropsa’s automatic lubricator automatically injects the right amount of grease into the bush bearing area each time the operator presses the foot pedal to operate the hammer. When the operator stops hammering operation, the lubricator automatically resets and gets ready for the next cycle. The amount of grease injected can be adjusted between 0.5 to 2 cc, which means the precise amount of grease required can be injected.

Installation of the automatic lubrication system is simple, easy and quick. The “do it yourself” hose kit has required hoses and fittings for the quick installation of the greasing line. A snap on quick connector with dust cap is also supplied in case the hydraulic hammer is not in use and other accessories are fitted to the hydraulic excavator.
